Product Description

What’s in a name? everything in this case. The watertight lives up to a big promise, delivering top-notch rain protection in the worst conditions. microporous omni-tech fabric breathes to let body heat escape while sealed seams ensure that the elements stay where they belong. Light and packable, the watertight is just as perfect for hard-core hiking as it is for keeping you comfortable on soggy soccer-league sidelines. Curved seams give this jacket a streamlined fit - an adjustable storm hood protects you when the waterworks reach an apex and a drawcord at the hem keeps wind at bay.

5Great light raincoat!
By William Hudgens
Ordered this jacket after a bit of research--our family is travelling to WDW in January, and I wanted a light raincoat instead of a poncho that would pack tightly. To me, raincoat has advantages over a poncho; i.e., better fit on sleeves, more durable, quicker to 'button' down (admittedly, my experience with ponchos has been cheap ones from a big box store).

Features that make this jacket a great fit for our needs (bought one for my wife too, in a different size of course):
--Breathable, but waterproof (as opposed to water resistant)
--no insulating liner (perforated nylon liner=airflow; waterproof material isn't in direct contact=no sweat), so great for rain in mild temps
--inner pocket that the entire jacket folds/packs into as a small bundle for easy transport (you can't 'lose' the pouch you pack your jacket into!)
--bottom 'hem' cinch cord for a snug fit if you don't want wind coming up from the bottom

5Great jacket for early morning or Spring/Fall hikes
By Lost Everything
Love this super light weight and impermeable jacket. Keeps me dry when walking the dog in the rain or during misty morning hikes and it can be packed into such a small pocket after the sun comes out.

4Great Jacket,
By Michael L Bowker
Great Jacket, lot's of pockets. Rain proof and pretty lightweight. Fit's fine, plenty of rooom to layer. Wish the hood could be tucked inside.
