I wear this shirt daily in cold weather while I'm outside riding my bike, which takes about an hour. I am definitely more comfortable, because the shirt does a really great job of keeping the cold wind from reaching my chest. It is surprisingly insulative as well as windproof. The shirt fits comfortably. I bought a mock neck shirt first, but returned it because it exerted too much pressure on my throat, around the Adam's Apple. The fitted crew neck worked much better for me.

Bought this for my husband who works outside all year long. He wore this with a sweatshirt over it in 10 degree weather and said he was warm all day. You get what you pay for!

I live in Canada, and a lot of my work is done outside. (Okay, I'm a police officer, there, I said it! lol) This longsleeve shirt did not meet my expectations, for its price. Sure, it's okay for wearing underneath warmer sweaters etc, but you can pretty much wear any longsleeve shirt under a warmer sweater, and it would pretty much do the same job of keeping you warm. This shirt is comfortable, and long (so it doesn't become untucked, which is a bonus), but like I said, for the price, you can buy five thermal (waffle pattern) shirts. When the wind hits you, it feels like it's hitting you directly on the skin. Just a weird feeling. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like feeling the cold, when I'm wearing a shirt that's designed to keep you warm. When directing traffic in -35 degree celcius weather, this shirt doesn't cut the mustard. I won't be buying any more overpriced UA cold gear. Perhaps the 2.0 or higher keeps you warmer, but I'm not taking that chance for this kind of money. I hope this helps others, in my line of work, because we all know, cops are cheap!!!! lol.
